Group Personal Training 2+

Corporate Fitness to Office

Looking for a fun team building exercise for your workplace through body-mind-soul development? Book a one off workshop or a set of regular fitness / mindfullness classes. Can be offered for various size of teams, or even as 1-2-1 personal training within your own premises or an off-site location. Pilates

I offer a classic Joseph Pilates technique style of class. These classes aim to improve posture, biomechanics, alignment, decompression of spine and joints improving core strenghth, flexibility developing long lean muscle mass. This is not a rehabilitation/physio Pilates for people with several injuries, rather body shaping fitness class. Yoga

Barre

Barre is a full body conditioning class using Ballet and Pilates aspects to improve your posture, stamina, flexibility, muscular endurance, fat burn joint mobility. My approach to this class is rather from a fitness point of view than a ballerina; hence think weights, resistance bands, ball, rock solid abs and gluts. Body Conditioning

Normally these classes have two main parts: Cardiovascular – Choreographed mini-aerobic class, or boot camp/circuit style of movements and Strengthening – Utilising barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells and steps etc. Think of fat burn, sweating, weight loss and body shaping! This is a 1-2-1 holistic process, combining a tailored exercise programme with nutrition planning. Generally a client will need a minimum of three months before the event to achieve the best result. New Body in 12 Weeks

Are you truly serious to make that radical change and finally do things you always wanted just for you? Are you preparing for men’s physique, fitness model, bikini, wellness, or figure fitness competition? Do you have a photoshoot or that important audition coming up? Now this is your package. I combined 1-2-1 personal training session with your full three-month plan of fitness and nutrition routine. Together we carefully choose the amount of appropriate cardio, your weight training structure split, appropriate group exercise classes according to your goal, with a well balance macronutrient-based diet plan (for competitors/fitness models also optional posing routine with regular overviews). I retired from the bodybuilding scene in 2016 having successfully represented the UK in various UKBFF/IFBB competitions, achieving Grand Prix Champion titles, placing top three in national competitions, represented on Arnold Classic Europe and World Championships. Nutrition Advice and Plans

You can’t out exercise a bad diet and abs are made in the kitchen not the gym! These two statements are the absolute truth. Struggling with weight loss, fat burn, muscle gain? Let me help you with nutritional knowledge/advice by tailoring a monthly plan based on your individual requirements focusing on calorie intake, macronutrients and exercise programme. Online Virtual Training

Do you have a busy schedule, do you want to keep fit while on business trip, or simply love to train from your home? I’m here to help 24/7 via TwitchTv and Zoom. We can do 1-2-1 personal training online, small group personal training, you can take my live classes via Heartspacekat, or watch all classes on replay anytime. We will discuss your goals and I will help you to put together the best training plan possible to get the best results in the shortest time frame possible.
